If we agree to consign your garment at Cahill's, we require a $65+HST cleaning fee (discounted from our regular cleaning fee), to be paid upfront. We retain 40% of the sale price if we sell the item. If we do not sell it by April 30th of the year it was consigned, you will be required either to pay for climate controlled storage at our minimum value, or pick it up in a timely manner. You are welcome to bring it back in the fall and try to sell it again.
